Is household linen included in the rental during the holiday?

 

We provide the duvets and pillows for the bedroom part. You can also rent bedding kits onsite.
We do not have any bath-towels or tea-towels.
So don’t forget to bring them with you.

 

 

Does all the rented accommodation have a television?

 

No, we don’t have any televisions or the possibility to rent one. You must therefore remember to bring your own along with a portable aerial that is usually enough to pick up the main channels. Or a satellite dish for foreign programmes. There is also a TV hire place in the village of Puget.

 


Does each rented accommodation have its own car-park?

 

Generally, yes, or on the parking blocks very close by. We have also set up an adjourning car-park inside the campsite, for you to park a second vehicle. We aim to create as little noise as possible close to the living areas.

 


I put down 2 people for a rental of 5 and I’m coming with 4 people without warning – do I need to pay a supplement?

 

No, you will just pay the tourist taxes. On the other hand, if it was a special offer for a couple with a special price for two…you will automatically be billed at the price for the exact number of people.

 


Further to a decision beyond my control (ill health, work), I have to cancel my holiday at your campsite. Can you reimburse me?

 

If we receive your cancellation more than a fortnight before your expected arrival, we will reimburse you, excluding handling fees.
If we receive your cancellation less than a fortnight before your expected arrival, we will only reimburse you if the plot is rented out to somebody else in the same conditions. In this case, we will reimburse the amount of your holiday, less the handling fees. In our rental agreements, you also take out insurance for the cancellation or interruption of your holiday; this enables you to be reimbursed by the insurance company for the amounts already incurred for your holiday.

 

 
Which payment methods do you accept?

 

French cheques / visa card / bank transfer / holiday vouchers and cash.

 


When do I have to pay?

 

If you’re booking in advance, a 30% deposit when ordering, the remainder 1 month before your intended arrival. Otherwise, on arrival at the campsite.

 


Are pets allowed in the campsite?

 

Yes, pets are allowed, as long as they are up-to-date with their vaccines, kept on a lead, and comply with the national regulations in force. We only allow one pet per plot or rental.

 


Can I wash my car in the campsite?

 

No, water resources are scarce in our region and we suggest you use the specialist car wash centres which are better equipped for this situation.

 


How can I do my washing?

 

We have a professional washing machine of a capacity of 8kg with adjustable temperature for an efficient and economic wash.

 


Can I use my own washing powder?

 

Yes. However, we recommend that you use our washing powder that has no toxic substances, is just as efficient and comes in recyclable goblets.

 

 

Is the entertainment free?

 

Yes, apart from a contribution for the children’s club and the rental of the court and equipment to play on the half-court (mini tennis), all of the activities offered within the campsite are included in the global price.
