The booking is confirmed after the payment of 30% of the total amount + reservation fees (30€ or 15€ in low season) + cancellation insurance (1.8% of total amount) Week-end: reservation fees offered.
Means of payments: Credit Card Visa / MasterCard, Bank transfer.
Outstanding balance is to be paid one month before the arrival, otherwise the booking can be considered as cancelled and the deposit kept. For all bookings made less than one month before the arrival, the total amount has to be paid at once.

Rentals: from Saturday to Saturday, 7 nights minimum in high season. Other periods free, minimum 5 nights.
Bungalows Estivale: Arrivals/Departures: Monday / Monday.
In high season, on Saturdays between 3PM and 7PM- For any arrival after 7PM call the office to tell the approximate time of arrival.
No reduction will be done in case of a delayed arrival or an anticipate departure.
In case of a No Show on the arrival date and without any additional information, the booking is cancelled 36 hours after the initial date of arrival. There is no refund, except cancellation insurance terms.
The keys of the accommodation are given to the customer at the arrival after showing the rental contract. The access to the campsite will only be authorised to the persons whose names are mentioned on the rental contract.
Check out is between 8.30AM and 10.30AM max. Therefore, two days before your departure, you will have indicated the time wanted for the check out. The rental will be in order and clean, since the cleaning is not included in the price. Otherwise, fees for cleaning will be charged: 60€ for Mobiles and Chalet, 30€ for bungalows Estivale. In case of any damage or broken things during your stay, it will be charged.
A deposit is required before you enter your rental: 250€ for Mobile or chalet and 150€ for a bungalow Estivale (Cash /Visa or MasterCard). The deposit is given back the day of your departure less damages or loss. The cleaning is done by yourself. Each rental has a check list. The linen is compulsory but not provided with the rental, except for the draw sheets.
Animals, except for dangerous ones, are allowed on the campsite; the health carnet is to be shown at the arrival. Animals are kept on a lead. Vehicles: One vehicle by place is authorised, any extra vehicle has to be declared, put on a special car park and an extra will be charged. BBQ: Are allowed electric BBQs to rent at the office
