Information Covid-19

Following French Government Decree No. 2021-955 of July 19th, 2021 and the directives received from the National Federation of Outdoor Hotels:


From July 21st,

the Health Pass must be presented when you check in on your arrival at the campsite. You will only be asked once so that you can enjoy all facilities (restaurant, bar, pool area, entertainment, playgrounds, etc.) throughout your stay. For children under 18, it will not be necessary to present a Health Pass! Recall: each visitor must be registered at reception upon arrival and submit to verification of a valid health pass.

If on the day of your arrival you do not have a valid Health Pass, the campsite will be obliged to refuse you access to your pitch or rental as well as to the establishment’s facilities, without any refund. (See General Terms of Sale applicable to any cancellation of stay).

If your test or one of the participants of the stay is positive, we thank you not to come to the reception and to contact us by phone (+33 494 555 594) to cancel your stay. A refund is possible if you have taken out cancellation insurance. Support details:

What is the Health Pass?

You must provide one of the 3 elements below, in digital version via a mobile application or in paper version, at the campsite reception on the day of your arrival:

  • A certificate of the complete vaccination schedule of a vaccine recognized by the European Medicines Agency (Caution: a period of 7DAYS must be observed after the second injection for two-dose vaccines OR 4WEEKS after the injection for unified vaccines – dose).
  • A negative PCR or antigen test of less than 48 hours.
  • The result of a positive RT-PCR or antigen test attesting to recovery from Covid-19, dating at least 15 days and less than 6 months.

What you must remember:

  • respect for barrier gestures: wearing a mask, distributing hydroalcoholic gel, limiting the number of people in confined spaces, social distancing, etc.
  • reinforced health protocol in individual accommodation and common areas
  • on-site catering and take-away
  • free access to the heated aquatic area,
  • credit card payment without privileged contact at the reception, at the bar / restaurant and at the grocery store
  • concierge service and digitized tourist information thanks to our YellohVillage mobile app
  • playgrounds, bouncy castles, multisports grounds, petanque with free access (if necessary, bring your own sports equipment: rackets, balls, etc.)

Opening Season 2020: La Bastiane welcomes you from June 05th

Following the latest official information, the Yelloh! Village La Bastiane campsite will soon be able to open its doors to welcome its first holidaymakers. From the month of June, the reception of the public as well as the rental of accommodation will be possible while respecting a very specific health protocol.

  1. Ensure the application of directives and recommendations of public authorities in the fight against Covid-19 (Cf Ordinance No. 2020-315 of March 25, 2020).
  2. Provide disinfectants in the common areas (Cf Campsite map).
  3. Set up floor markings and signage to maintain safety distances between customers in waiting and / or sales areas. Receiving visitors on its site is strictly prohibited to avoid group and gathering effects.
  4. Reinforce the cleaning and disinfection of common areas (including swimming pool, playground, catering and entertainment areas) and adapt them to the requirements and recommendations of the health authorities.
  5. Reinforce the cleaning and ventilation of accommodation. Favor wet cleaning-disinfection. Use virucidal disinfectant products standardized to NF EN 14476.
  6. Supervise the recovery of linen and sheets and provide personal protective equipment to staff. Ideally observe a latency time of at least 3 hours before taking charge of sheets and linen.
  7. If possible, set aside 24 hours to meet a vacancy measure between two reservations during periods when the establishment is not full.
  8. Adapt the entertainment program (including kids ‘and teens’ club (s)) and the opening of services and facilities (including swimming pools) to health requirements and government decisions.
  9. Encourage payment by bank card if possible without contact. Systematically disinfect payment terminals.
  10. Impose respect for barrier gestures on its employees, service providers and customers.
  11. Ensure clear communication on all the preventive measures against Covid-19 implemented in its establishment.
  12. Ensure the implementation and compliance with management protocols in case of suspected contagion to Covid-19. If necessary, accommodation is permanently available to isolate anyone with symptoms.
  13. Quarantine for 14 days any employee with fever and / or other symptoms of Covid-19 or returning from an area declared “Covid-19 risk exposure area”.
  14. Appoint a COVID-GESTES referent within his establishment.
