The advantages of the loyalty program

After every stay in one Yelloh! Village campsite, you will earn loyalty points on your account 16 days after your departure. It doesn’t matter the period of your stay, you will earn the same number of points. You just need to be sure that your stay is attached with your loyalty account, that you can ask at your booking or at your arrival.

You can have a look on the number of points earned per night, depending which accommodation you have choosen.

You will be able to use these points for:

•  A next stay in one of the Yelloh! Villages, in any type of accomodation, except in July, August and french school holidays for Christmas and February.
•  A gift to the person you want: for a birthday, a honeymoon, a bachelorette party…
•  To discover a new Yelloh! Village, closest from your home and enjoy for a weekend.

How to subscribe to the loyalty program?

You can join our loyalty program easily:

•  At the reception of the campsite, during one of your stays,
•  Contacting the call center of Yelloh! Village dialing +33 (0)4 66 73 97 39,
•  Directly on your Yelloh! Village account
•  Online, on Yelloh! Village website, “Contact us”.

How to use the loyalty points?

You need to decide to use the loyalty points when you are making your booking. You can do it in different ways:

• Connecting you directly on your space “My account” on Yelloh! Village website,
• Phoning the reception of the campsite to make your booking : +33 (0)4 94 55 55 94
• Phoning the Yelloh! Village call center: +33 (0)4 66 73 97 39
